Upon providing both parties with an opportunity to be heard, having ascertained his jurisdiction and considered the factual and legal arguments as well as the requests for relief submitted in this case, the Arbitrator decides as follows:

1. KK Buducnost Podgorica shall pay Mr. Gintaras Kadziulis the following amounts for unpaid salaries:

EUR 10,000.00, plus interest at 5% per annum on such amount from 11 May 2011 onwards
EUR 10,045.00, plus interest at 5% per annum on such amount from 11 June 2011 onwards.
KK Buducnost Podgorica shall pay Mr. Gintaras Kadziulis an amount of EUR 3,315.00 as compensation for his legal fees and expenses.
The costs of this arbitration until the present Award, which were determined by the President of the BAT to be in the amount of EUR 2,560.00, shall be borne by KK Buducnost Podgorica alone.… Read More
