Upon providing both parties with an opportunity to be heard, having ascertained his jurisdiction, and considered the factual and legal arguments as well as the requests for relief submitted in this case, the Arbitrator decides as follows:

Syrian Basketball Federation shall pay Mr. Ioannis Diamantakos a total amount of USD 21,000.00 net of taxes plus interest at 5% per annum on such amount from 4 July 2011 onwards.

Syrian Basketball Federation shall pay Mr. Ioannis Diamantakos an amount of EUR 4,000.00 as reimbursement for his legal fees and expenses.

The costs of this arbitration until the present Award, which were determined by the President of the BAT to be in the amount of EUR 3,800.00 shall be borne by the Syrian Basketball Federation alone.… Read More

Mrs Natalia Zhedik is ordered to pay to TP Sports agent fees in the amount of Rubles 935,000.00. Furthermore, Mrs Natalia Zhedik is ordered to pay to TP Sports interest of 5% p.a. on the aforesaid amount since 2 May 2011.
