1. Ms. Sandra Mandir (“Claimant”) is a professional basketball player. She was engaged by Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü Dernegi (“Respondent”) to play the season 2009/2010. That engagement was reflected in a written agreement dated 14 July 2009 (“the Agreement”).

Maroussi Basketball Club shall pay Mr. George Diamantopoulos an amount of EUR 30,000.00 net of taxes, for unpaid salaries, plus interest at 5% per annum from 17 September 2010 onwards until final payment.

1. Basketball Club Steaua shall pay Court Side USD 7,000.00 due under the Agreement dated 6 June 2010 in respect of agency fees, plus interest of 5%

p.a. from 12 September 2010.

Basketball Club Steaua shall pay Court Side EUR 1,500.00 as a contribution towards its legal costs and expenses.
